Here we are, the middle of January and are just now getting around to raking the leaves in our backyard. And what a lot of leaves we had! Jonathan raked them all up into a big pile and wanted to surprise Caroline with it when she woke up from her nap today. She had never seen such a big pile of leaves before so was a bit hesitant at first as to what to do. We kept telling her to run through it and lay down. She looked at us like we were crazy, however she quickly got the hang of it once Jonathan showed her how to flop down in the pile. They had a great time running in them, raking them back up and doing it all over again. I think they entertained themselves for about an hour! He's such a good daddy!
