Supported sitter

Caroline has been trying to "sit" for a few weeks now. I think she's technically what the books call a "supported sitter" (creative, I know). The books also say she should be doing this around 6-7 months... not 4 months. I'm definitely not complaining. It's much easier to be able to plop her down and know that she can manage to entertain hersefl for a few minutes without falling over. Granted we do still get the occasional face-plant... which I have to say is funny to watch.
She can also lean forward, pick up the toy and sit back up. Then of course, it's straight to the mouth. It's so much fun to watch her do things!
