Car Seats Are In

We finally put the car seats in the car. We're less than a week away from the due date and figured it was about that time. Not that we've been putting this off, we've just been busy. (Ok, correction - Jonathan's been busy. He's finally finished with his group projects for school and now can breath again. One more exam and then he has a break until the end of August.)

Technically, it's just the base of the car seat that's installed in each vehicle, the seat itself is still sitting in our living room. I don't know that we'll leave it in the cars. Jonathan made the comment that we need to be sure to bring it with us when we go to the hospital. That wouldn't be good to leave at home! We also put one of those baby mirror things in my car so that I can look in my rearview and see the baby. I have to admit it's kinda strange to be driving around with an empty car seat (base) and mirror with no baby. Not that it will be any less weird to be driving around with a baby in it! We're getting so close!
